About Food Club

Food Club is a food pantry and membership group for families with children aged 0-11 at Fern Street who are on a tight budget.

Families pay a small fee for each term’s membership, which gives them access to a weekly shop at a low price at our Food Club store.

We also offer Food club families support from our family support team to maximise their income, for example by accessing debt advice or help to apply for benefits, and with any other issues they may be facing.

Many of the products available at Food Club have been donated by suppliers or the public who want to make sure that their extra food does not go to waste. So there’s an extra win for the planet too!

We prioritise families for membership of Food Club that we think will benefit most and who are already engaged in support and activities at Fern Street.
